Facade of St. Thomas More

Renovating a Cathedral felt like a gift to us from the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee, which we responded in like, kind and self-performed, saving the Church a great deal of money. We worked with local government officials to have a dangerous roadway closed and created a sweet pedestrian park-like setting across from the main entrance to Florida State University.

St. Thomas More Interior Upgrade

It wasn't hard to make the interior restrooms look better, but again we self-performed the work drawing and created some really great and easy-to-maintain restrooms which got us many people saying, "thank you,” notes, and recognition. It was a bit ironic that one of the projects we have received the most accolades for was a restroom, but if the good folks of the congregation are happy, then so are we.

Still to Come... MGT of AMERICA

When MGT sold their former location they chose Southwood One as a new address. We were happy to have been selected to act as their builder. Most folks were skeptical of the aggressive schedule, but we assembled the right team, worked through several weekends, and we are on schedule for a Thanksgiving move-in date. A beehive of activity with a few honey-sweet details like rimless glass on the perimeter offices to light the interior work spaces. Conn and Associates Architects were the designers, and they did a great design job and another one of keeping the project moving for us and the tenant.

We hope we can add pictures of your updated facility to our portfolio. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
