We offer in-house architecture, interior design, and construction management. We can develop preliminary engineering, provide 3-D BIM graphics, 2-D presentations, and detailed CSI level estimates.

MAKING SOFT COSTS SOFTER:
We can supply each piece of the project needed for permitting and to confirm a scope of work agreement and line-item costs for the partnership as joint venture participants.
At-cost work for these line item phases can quickly offset 50% or more of up-front soft costs and offset up to a third of hard construction dollars.
